Tour of the Russian Artillery Museum. Tour the Cruiser Aurora. Afternoon you take a tour of the famous Hermitage (Museum).

Day 3 Monday 11th August
St. Petersburg - Moscow (B L D)
Tour of the Defence of Leningrad museum. Tour of Naval museum. This evening you take the overnight train to Moscow.

Day 4 Tuesday 12th August
Moscow (B L D)
Arrival to Moscow. Tour of Poklonnay Hill and Great Patriotic War Museum. Afternoon Sightseeing tour of Moscow.

Day 5 Wednesday 13th August
Moscow (B L D)
Afternoon Tour of the impressive Tank Museum in Kubinka.. Tour of Moscow Defence Museum.

Day 6 Thursday 14th August
Moscow - Volgograd (B L D)
Tour of the Central Museum of Armed Forces. Afternoon flight to Voglograd and on arrival transferred to your hotel.

Day 7 Wednesday 15th August

Battlefield Tour of Stalingrad including Mamaev Hill. Afternoon Tour of Stalingrad Panorama.

Day 8 Thursday 16th August
Volgograd - Moscow (B L D)
Free time and boat cruise along the beautiful Volga river. Afternoon flight to Moscow. Late arrival to Moscow.

Day 9 Friday 17th August
Moscow - Kursk (B L D)
Tour of Monino Aircraft Museum. Afternoon Shopping at Izmailovo fleamarket. Dinner. Overnight train to Kursk.

Day 10 Saturday 18th August
Kursk (B L D)
Tour of Kursk battle museum. Drive to Jakovlevo and follow the "death ride" of the Fourth Panzer Army. Afternoon Explore the battlefield around Prokhorovka, the furthest extent of the German advance. Visit monument at Prokhorovka including the preserved trenches and gun emplacements. Return to Kursk.

Day 11 Sunday 19th August
Kursk – Moscow (B L D)
Drive to Ponyri Station to look at the events within the "northern shoulder". Tour of Headquarter of Rokossovsky. Afternoon visit Teplov Hights - the last point of Soviet defence. Overnight train to Moscow.

Day 12 Monday 20th August
Moscow (B L D)
Arrival to Moscow. Tour of Moscow Kremlin. Meeting with veterans and lunch in the Counsil of Moscow Veterans. Afternoon free time.

Day 13 Tuesday 21st August
Moscow (B)
Your tour ends and you can extend your stay or fly home.
